How to start a journaling practice
Start slow- If you are new to journaling. Commit to journaling for a few minutes a day. It could be a simple as tracking your mood, or rating your day, making a list of gratitude. The benefits of journaling is one that helps you navigate your emotions.
Find a rhythm that works for you. Journaling everyday can be helpful for some and stressful for others. Some people prefer to journal when they are expreicning increased stress and some people prefer to journal daily. If journaling daily feels stressful and pressured, try journaling a few times a week.
